Our Rates and Terms Winter rates: All prices are based on dual occupancy and are quoted in Canadian Dollars. For a single guest, please deduct $10. These prices reflect a single nights stay - Receive a 10% discount if you stay for 7 nights or more! Deposit - 50% of total accommodation is due at the time of booking to hold reservation. Payment - Full payment is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. Reservation requested less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking. Cancellation - Except for a $25 administration fee the deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. Within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the payment is up to 90% refundable if the room can be rebooked. No refund is available if cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival. Check in time - 4 30pm-10pm. (Please schedule if possible). Check out time - is 10am.           Children are accommodated at the following rates when sharing with adults in an additional bed: 0-4 = free, 4-10 = $15, 10-15 = $30. Receive a 10% discount when children occupy their own room! Children are welcome, though please note we do reserve the right to create child free weeks. * Please note that a minimum 3 nights stay is required during High Season. MOUNTAIN ASH LODGE DOES NOT CHARGE HST. VISA, Mastercard, travellers cheque or cash are accepted.
